As with most Ruskin Bond books this one will treasured on the bookshelves like sweet and spicy mango pickle, to be flipped between the pages and getting lost into a simple man's life. Of observations countless - about the nature, about people , life or the world. Not so much like a mini bus, but rather like taking a stroll with the author down the memory lane. What amazes me most is how he manages to bind such amazing emotions in packets of such simple words. Even his ghosts appear to be less scary and more sublime about their approach towards haunted-ness.
Pick it up , keep it up.
